Hi Lene Hansson

I am following your program of 8 weeks with my boyfriend.

Till now I have lost 2-3 kilos in the first 2 weeks. It is really nice, because since I comes to dinamarca (from Chile - in April 2007) I have increased my weight in 10 kilos, and it has been almost impossible to go down, till now :)

BUT, I have the big problem that sometimes I have a enormous desires for eating something sweet as chocolate or something like that.

We were wondering if exist some product that we can eat during this program and could help us to fill these feelings of anxieties for eating sweet things.

Hi Joselyn

My best advise for you is to eat dried fruits. There is a lot different kinds of dried fruit, and if you go into a health-store, they have many kinds. If you already do that, I think it is ok with a bit of chocolate once in a while. But it is important that it is with 70 % percent chocolate, otherwise there is too much sugar. And only a few pieces, not a whole package :)

It is nice to hear that you are happy your new life-style :)
